When will we receive the money from ticket sales?
Wondering when your ticket revenue will arrive? Here's the answer.
Payouts are processed automatically after your event ends and a settlement report has been generated. Funds typically arrive within 5–7 banking days to your registered bank account.
You can track payout status any time under Economy in your Orbi account.
Note: For ongoing sales before an event, the default schedule includes a 7-day lag from the date of sale.
