We received an unrecognised deposit what is it?
If your organisation has received a bank deposit that you don't recognise, this article explains how to identify it.
Cause
This is most likely a delayed payout from a previous event, sometimes sent as a separate transfer.
Solution
Log in to your Orbi account
Go to Economy → Payment history
Filter by date and match the deposit amount to a specific event
