Troubleshooting: Organisation verification failed

If your organisation verification is being rejected during Orbi Pay setup, this article explains how to fix it.

Cause

The most common reason for rejection is that the submitted document doesn't meet the requirements.

Solution

Your verification document must:

  • Be dated within the last 6 months

  • Include the business legal name

  • Include the business registered address

  • Include the organisational number

Recommended document: An Account Activity Statement ("Engagemangsbesked" in Swedish) meets all requirements and can be ordered from your internet bank. If the bank asks you to choose a start date, select the previous month.
