My receipt was sent to the wrong email address

If your purchase receipt was sent to the wrong address — for example, an Apple Relay ID or a mistyped address this article explains how to fix it.

Solution

Email support@orbi.io with:

  • Your name

  • The event name and date

  • Your correct email address

We'll resend the receipt manually.
