My purchased tickets are not showing in my account

If you bought tickets but they're not appearing in your Orbi account, this article explains how to fix it.

Solution

  1. Make sure you're signed in to the correct account, the one linked to the email address you used when purchasing

  2. Check your email inbox (including spam/junk) for an order confirmation to verify the purchase completed
