How to set up Orbi Pay
This guide shows you how to activate Orbi Pay so your organisation can start collecting ticket revenue.
Prerequisites
Admin access to your Orbi dashboard
A verification document dated within the last 6 months (see requirements below)
Steps
1. Open the Orbi Pay tab Log in to your admin dashboard and select Orbi Pay from the left-hand navigation.
2. Register your organisation's details Fill in your information and upload your verification document. It must not be older than 6 months and must include:
Business legal name
Business registered address
Organisational number
We recommend using an Account Activity Statement ("Engagemangsbesked" in Swedish), which you can order from your internet bank.
3. Confirm and activate Review your details and confirm. Your account is now active and ready to accept payments.

Can't find the Orbi Pay tab? Make sure you're signed in as an Admin.
