How to enable questions for ticket buyers

This guide shows you how to collect additional information from attendees at the time of ticket purchase.

Questions are useful for gathering dietary requirements, t-shirt sizes, or confirmation of student status. Responses appear on each attendee's ticket and are visible when scanning at the door.

Steps

  1. Open the event in your admin dashboard

  2. Navigate to the Questions section

  3. Toggle questions on

  4. Add the fields you need
