How does Orbi Pay work?
Wondering how Orbi Pay handles ticket revenue for your organisation? Here's the answer.
Orbi Pay is the built-in payment system that lets your organisation collect and manage ticket sales. It runs on Stripe and requires a one-time setup.
Payouts: Revenue is processed after your event ends and a settlement report is generated. Funds arrive within 5–7 banking days to your registered bank account. Track payout status under Economy in your dashboard.
Sales reporting: As the cashier, you receive a full report covering all transactions broken down by committee, sub-group, and ticket type.
Refunds: You can refund any ticket, including fees, directly from your dashboard.
Pricing: No fixed monthly costs. New organisations get a 2-month free trial, after which a fee of 1.5 SEK + 1.5% per ticket applies (in your local currency).
Example: A 100 SEK ticket → you receive 97 SEK after fees.
