Create a organization page

Introduction

Before you can start hosting events, selling tickets, and engaging with users on Orbi, it’s important to set up your student organization page. A complete and well-structured page makes it easier for users to find your organization, understand what you do, and access important links and contact information.

Follow the steps below to create a clear and engaging student organization page.

Step 1: Open your student organization page

Go to your student organization page in Orbi.

Step 2: Click Edit Page

Select Edit Page to open the page settings module.

Step 3: Add your profile image

Upload a profile image so users can easily recognize your student organization.

Step 4: Add a cover image

Upload a cover image to make your page more visually identifiable and engaging.

Step 5: Add your organization details

Fill in your organization information one section at a time by clicking the editable items on the page.

We recommend adding as much information as possible, including:

• A short description of your organization

• Contact information

• Useful links

Step 6: Add links and contact information

Make sure your page includes the most important ways for users to connect with your organization, such as:

• Website or social links

• Contact details

Step 8: Invite your team members
