A section or sub-account can't access their account

If a section or sub-account within your organisation is locked out of their Orbi account, this article explains how to fix it.

Solution

Email support@orbi.io with the sub-account's email address and your organisation name. We can restore access directly, or grant you Admin permissions so you can manage the sub-account yourself.
