A payout report is missing we can only see one of two payouts
If you're expecting two payout reports but can only see one, this article explains how to find the missing one.
Cause
Orbi sometimes generates separate reports for partial payouts — for example, when tickets are sold in multiple batches or across different time periods.
Solution
Log in to your Orbi account
Go to Economy → Reports
Filter by date range to locate the missing report
