By applying to become an Orbi Ambassador, you agree to the terms below. Please read them before submitting the form.
1. About the Program
The Orbi Ambassador Program helps students introduce Orbi to their campuses and communities. Ambassadors reach out to student groups, spread awareness, and help others discover the platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate information in your application. Orbi may accept or decline applications at its own discretion.
3. What Ambassadors Do
Ambassadors may:
Connect with student organizations
Schedule and run meetings
Share feedback and help test new features
Join community activities online and in person
All outreach must be respectful and follow campus rules and local laws.
4. Verified Meetings and Rewards
You earn rewards for verified meetings you book with student organizations.
Bronze tier gives 5 EUR per verified meeting
Silver tier gives 7.5 EUR per verified meeting plus exclusive merch
Gold tier gives 10 EUR per verified meeting
Payments are handled monthly once meetings are approved by Orbi.
5. What Counts as a Verified Meeting
A meeting is verified when:
It actually takes place with a relevant organization
You submit it through the official form
Orbi confirms it meets the requirements
False or misleading submissions are not allowed and may lead to removal from the Program.
6. Your Responsibilities
Ambassadors must:
Represent Orbi in a positive and honest way
Avoid spam and unsolicited mass messages
Follow all laws and student guidelines
Respect all people they interact with
Keep private information confidential
Ambassadors are volunteers and are not employees or agents of Orbi.
7. Orbi’s Role
Orbi provides:
Support
Outreach templates
Tools and forms
Private community channels
Monthly payouts for verified meetings
Orbi may update the Program at any time and will give notice if major changes occur.
8. Personal Data
By joining, you agree that Orbi may process your submitted information for running the Program, verifying meetings, sending updates, and handling payouts. All processing follows GDPR and Orbi’s Privacy Policy.
9. Ending Participation
You can leave the Program at any time by contacting Orbi. Orbi can also remove ambassadors who break the rules. Verified meetings completed before leaving will still be paid.
10. Legal
The Program is governed by Swedish law. Any disputes will be handled through arbitration in Gothenburg, Sweden.
